Without bountiful gifts from nature the humankind will not make it much more into the future. It is thanks to them that civilizations were created throughout history starting with ancient ones like Mesopotamia and Egypt, and up to modern ones with resources such as oil or similar.

If nature is not abundant then the world will not last long.

<h2>Further Explanation </h2>

Natural resources are all things that exist in nature that can be utilized by humans to be processed into various kinds of needs that they want for their survival. One of them is a plant that is very abundant in nature.

Plants can carry out photosynthesis where photosynthesis is useful for the survival of the plant itself.

If there are no abundant natural gifts, then life on earth can be said to be dead. Nature is a place of everything humans need. Nature provides everything from what is/is known or not known. Nature holds a lot of potentials to be exploited. Humans rely on natural wealth to survive. Nature provides a variety of basic human, secondary and tertiary needs. What nature has today is innumerable or very abundant. But that does not mean it will not run out, one day it will definitely run out if it does not manage nature properly. The life cycle always goes on. However, in reality, this is very contradictory because countries in the world that are rich in natural resources are often countries with low economic levels. How many people are given the gift of abundant wealth, but their hearts do not have the slightest clue. Of course, all the wealth given to them is a trial for them, precisely to increase their mistakes.

Write one to three sentences explaining how the word ""swim"" adds to the idea that the turtle ""can’t see herself apart from th
Lana71 [14]

Answer and Explanation:

"The Turtle" is a poem by author Mary Oliver in which a beautiful and sacred action is described. The speaker is delighted by a turtle laying her eggs in the sand, patiently, full of a drive no one - not even the turtle herself - knows where it comes from. T<u>he speaker also draws attention to the fact that the turtle is unaware of itself as an individual. She sees herself as the world, and world as herself, all things converging to keep life going:</u>

<em>she is a part of the pond she lives in, </em>

<em>the tall trees are her children, </em>

<em>the birds that swim above her </em>

<em>are tied to her by an unbreakable string.</em>

<u>The word choice in this stanza is particularly interesting. The author chose to say that the birds "swim" above the turtle. That serves to enhance the sense of connectedness. There is no difference between the turtle and the birds. They all fly; they all swim; they are all a part of the world, and the world itself. Even though they may appear different, they belong together in nature, completing the gorgeous mosaic of life. "Swim" only helps convey this beautiful idea that the turtle "can't see herself apart from the rest of the world."</u>
