You have to make sure all of the utensils you use to cook are clean and not full of bacteria. It is also preferable that you wash your hands before you begin cooking that way you do not pass any germs through the food.

It is essential everything is cleaned, cooked and inspected.

Mostly the foodborne illness is caused by bacteria and viruses. The following precautions could be taken into account to prevent foodborne illness.

Raw foods like raw meat and poultry, eggs and unpasteurized milk are the most likely to be contaminated.

Fruits and vegetables when unclean water is used for washing the produce.

Unpasteurized fruit juices can also be contaminated if there are pathogens on the fruit that is used to make it.

When a food item is touched by a person who is ill with vomiting or diarrhea, or he is unclean or he did not wash his hands during cooking can also create foodborne illness. Therefore, both the food and the person who serves it must be clean and hygiene.

What of the following terms describes how quickly glucose is absorbed from a food after ingestion, how high blood glucose rises
suter [353]

Answer:

Glycemic response

Explanation:

The glycemic response is the term that describes how quickly glucose is absorbed from a food after eating and how blood glucose rises as a result and how quickly glucose returns to normal.

The glycemic response is used as a way to classify foods based on their potential to raise glucose (blood sugar), since the glycemic response is a measure of the impact of a given food on the blood sugar level. Foods with faster rates of digestion and absorption of carbohydrates cause blood sugar levels to rise faster than those foods with a lower glycemic response, when glucose is released slowly into the blood.
