Answer:

Increasing feelings of nationalism among many groups led to the rise of fascism.

Explanation:

One very negative consequence of increased feelings of nationalism after WWI was the rise of fascism or so-called national socialism in countries like Germany and Italy. These governments appealed to nationalism and blamed such groups as the Jewish people for their economic problems in the late 20's and early 30's and also believed they had the right to invade and control other countries.

Fascism was a political, economic and social system that gained momentum after the First World War, especially in countries in economic crisis (Italy and Germany).

ratelena [41]
They chose that word because it implies that the colonies never actually belonged to the king but rather to the people. The king is a usurper, meaning that his claim over the colonies is without any right. By repeating it often it sort of becomes ingrained in the reader and the reader adopts this when analyzing and talking about the declaration and the war of independence.

ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

Sojourner Truth's historic speech at the Women's Rights Convention at Ohio had a significant impact even today. Her discussion on women's rights referencing to the tenants of the Bible where she asked from 'where your Christ came from, isn't she a woman' and describing 'the power of first woman Eve to turn the world upside down' gained her huge applause. She advocated a strong response using the tenants of Christianity that women were equal even at that time and now they would fight to regain their position in society.

)Why did the Israelites consider Moses to be a prophet?
Jlenok [28]

1).  Moses never entered the promised land at all.
Generations later David made Jerusalem the capital city.

2).  It was clear and obvious, from the moment he first spoke
to Pharaoh until the day he died, that Moses spoke for G-d.

3).  Moses was the most humble man and the most obedient
servant.  He was certainly very wise, but that was never
      his main claim to fame.

4).  Moses and Goliath never met.  Several generations after
Moses lived, David faced Goliath and won the match.

-- In general a "prophet" is one who speaks for G-d.

-- Jewish history never held anyone famous for killing somebody.
