The statement that best describes the point of view of this excerpt is (c.) the excerpt is told by a third-person narrator who shares facts and observations.

The third person point-of-view is one of the perspectives through which a story is told. A third person narrator tells the things and situations that he sees. Moreover, this type of narrator does not use the pronoun "I" or "we" and he does not detail information about himself either. In this excerpt from "Painting Freedom on the Walls", the author refers to public art in California by sharing different facts. Furthermore, he/she describes the walls of California cities based on previous observation.

Read this example of incorrect sentence structure. Winter is coming I need a new coat. Which revisions best correct the sentence
telo118 [61]

Winter is coming; I need a new coat.

Winter is coming, so I need a new coat.

Because winter is coming, I need a new coat.

The sentence structure of the original sentence is wrong because it is a run on sentence. The sentence has two complete thoughts/ideas without the proper punctuation between them. The first complete thought is "Winter is coming". The second complete thought is "I need a new coat." These need to either be joined with a semicolon or a comma and conjunction. The first answer uses the semicolon to join the two complete ideas into a compound sentence. The second correct answer uses a comma and conjunction, so, to join the two complete ideas. The last correct answer creates a dependent clause by beginning the sentence with "because". Then the comma shows the separation between the dependent clause and the independent clause.

ladessa [460]
#1) write an essay where you analyze the tone the character Marullus uses to express his interpretation of Caesar's return.

Answer: His tone is that of someone that is worried or even alarmed at Caesar’s return after he defeated his rival and also former co-ruler Pompey. Marullus knew that this victory would mean that Caesar will be the most powerful man in Rome. For this same reason he felt in a very dangerous position. He assumed that Caesar would soon impose one-man rule. Marullus joins Flavius who feels the same way to try and put a stop to Caesar.

#2) How this is similar or different from the interpretation the painter has depicted?

Answer: It is clear that the interpretation the painter has depicted is very different. This is apparent when you compare the painting to the word that Marullus himself used to describe the return of Caesar. In the painting it seems as though Marullus is impressed by Caesar’s feat. I believe he was just putting up a front while deep down he felt disgusted just looking at caesar in his glory moment.
