Answer:

False

Explanation:

Ephesians is a comprehensive presentation of the universal church. It was written by Apostle Paul while he was imprisoned in Rome; from approximately A.D 61 - 62.

The city of Ephesus was the capital of Asia minor, and the center of Roman Authority in the area.

Although some scholars have argued that Paul did not write the Ephesians or neither found or know anyone in the church base on the linguistic and stylistic features of the writing which lacks absence of a personal relationship and does not follows the introduction of Paul's letters to formal churches which were introduced with personal greetings.

Paul knew Ephesus and the church in that city very well. He had ministered in Asia Minor, the Roman province of which Ephesus was the capital, with Ephesus as his headquarters, for about three years; A.D. 53-56 (Acts 19:1-20:1). It however appears that Paul sent this epistle to the Ephesian church, so that Christian's there would circulate it among other churches.

So the believe that Some scholars have that Paul neither did found the Ephesus Church nor know anyone in the church is false.
