First, I'll find forums with other people who have this condition is a must. If you find out information on a forum, try to ask the members where they got it, if they have any evidence/studies to back it up. Depending on how well studied the disease is, doctors may or may not be helpful.

Then, I would check with the societies/organizations that were dedicated to this particular disease, but I would double check who started the organization, too. I know of one where the website support site for a disease was started by the pharmaceutical company that made drugs for it, so all the advice was to take their drugs.

JulsSmile [24]

Answer:

D. Both of the subjects.

Explanation:

Even though these episodes cannot be explained on the basis of the pharmacological properties of the drug being tested or the subjects' medical history, the episodes occurred during study procedures, so it is necessary for the investigator to send an SAE report to both patients, since everything that happens in a study must be reported.

A patient complains of a “stabbing pain and a burning sensation” in his left foot. the nurse notices that the foot is a lighter
lyudmila [28]
The answer that best completes the statement above is this: POSTERIOR TIBIAL. Based on the nurse's assessment, stabbing pain and burning sensation is reported as the subjective cue and the skin of the foot is lighter. Given this result, this would clearly mean that the artery in the left foot is being occluded. And the artery present here is the posterior tibial artery. The stabbing pain and burning sensation being felt of the patient is a result of lack of oxygen in the area since the blood can no longer circulate.

1. Why do the bone structures around your head and chest create a convex, enclosed area, unlike the bones in your arms and legs?
Dvinal [7]

Short answer: Bones structures in the head and chest help to protect vital organs, while bones in the limbs are mainly for movement.

Explanation:

Bones are hard structures that serve different purposes depending on their shape and structure. In the case of bones found in the head or the chest including the occipital bone, the ethmoid bone, among others in the head, and the ribs, sternum, etc. in the chest these are flat bones that together form cavities to protect vital organs such as the brain in the head and the heart and lungs in the chest.

On the other hand, bones in the limbs such as the humerus, the tibia, the radius, etc. are considered as long bones. Moreover, this structure supports their function of providing movement to the body rather than protecting organs as it occurs with flat bones.

Manny's trainer wants him to do some anaerobic exercises to prepare for his upcoming competition. Which of the following would b
Contact [7]
The answer to this question would be lifting weights.

Anaerobic means "without oxygen". The chemical reaction to make energy is either aerobic which was "using oxygen" or anaerobic. When the intensity is low, oxygen is used because it gives more energy. But using oxygen has a limit, so if the intensity is too high anaerobic reaction will happen.
Anaerobic exercise means that the exercise that will use up so much energy in a short time so that the aerobic reaction can't fulfill the energy demand.
It should be sprinting or lifting weights.
