If I had to guess, I'd say Poland. Poland was one of the first countries conquered. It was taken over by the Germans and Soviets in a fortnight. The Jewish population in Poland was about 3.3 million prior to WWII, and about 80,000 after WWII. Most Poles you'll meet today are Catholic; about 95% of the Polish population today is Catholic.

Conservative because Alexander is trying to separate serfs between the other people. Liberals are trying to create equality and unity.
