Effectiveness: This is the venue where the teachers and parents develop a professional relationship where they can have support for each other when it comes to every aspect of their children’s education. Along with this, a professional collaboration which is mutual is evident between the teachers and parents.
Ineffectiveness: There may be parents who will feel alienated because they cannot be around during the meetings due maybe of their work schedules. It is then important that the school will let the parents understand that it is actually their presence or the atmosphere in their homes which really matters the most and not their perfect attendance during the PTA meetings. A home environment conducive to learning for the children must always be created.
