If it is not over the limit then they can’t really do much to you then would most likely ask someone to pick you up but they can’t take you to jail if it is not over the limit.. but you shouldn’t drive even if you had one sip

However, in that situation, he would likely be able to go after the service repair shop showing negligence on their part for failure to disclose this information.
