This paragraph says that if you hit your head, listen to the doctor's reccomendations. Take better care of yourself if you want to heal. Rest for two weeks. Wash the wound well with water to avoid itching. Do not cover the wound. None of the answers (bandage, pills, soap, or vaccine) seem to work with this paragraph because it doesn't mention any of them. If I were to make an educated guess, I would guess Soap because it mentioned to wash the wound, but it only mentioned to wash it with water. If there is an option that says None of These, that is what I would go with.
