This is where what I call a deviant comes in. Every team needs a deviant, someone who can help the team by challenging the tende

ncy to want too much homogeneity, which can stifle creativity and learning. Deviants are the ones who stand back and say, ‘Well, wait a minute, why are we even doing this at all? What if we looked at the thing backwards or turned it inside out?’ That’s when people say, ‘Oh, no, no, no, that’s ridiculous,’ and so the discussion about what’s ridiculous comes up. Unlike the CFO I mentioned before, who derailed the team by shutting down discussions, the deviant opens up more ideas, and that gets you a lot more originality. In our research, we’ve looked carefully at both teams that produced something original and those that were merely average, where nothing really sparkled. It turned out that the teams with deviants outperformed teams without them. In many cases, deviant thinking is a source of great innovation."According to Hackman, a deviant may help a group consider _______, but if the deviant has a strong personality and limits the input of others, the problem of ________ , may arise.

Harlamova29_29 [7]

Answer:

This would be an example of contract manufacturing.

True

Explanation:

Contract manufacturing can be defined as an international agreement between two companies in different countries to manufacture a product for the other company. It involves the arrangement by one company to receive manufactured products from another company. Contract manufacturing can also be known as international outsourcing or international subcontracting. In the contract, the company that needs the products usually stipulates the specifications of the product. In some cases, depending on the contract requirements, the company can provide the raw materials to be utilized in manufacturing.

This type of contract also specifies the expected quality of the products, quantity of products and the date of delivery of the products. The contract also provides for the testing of the products to ascertain that the quality meets the standards of the contract. Furthermore, the contract also provides for compensation in case of breach of contract.

Contract manufacturing is usually considered when the cost of production in a foreign country is much lower than in the country that is outsourcing the production.

Answer:

C. Tenancy in common.

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it can be said that Scotty and Kirk must title the boat as a tenancy in common. This refers to ownership contract in which each party has a separate transferable interest in the ownership of the asset in question. Which in this case would be the boat that they would like to purchase together. By doing so they would be able to transfer each of their ownership to whomever they would like in the future, without the approval of the other.

german

Answer:

The multiple choices are:

A. No recommendation can be made by the data

B. It should sell more crunchies

C. It should sell an equal number of each product

D. It should sell more munchies

Option D, it  should sell more munchies , is correct

Explanation:

In order to cover generate more margin while the fixed cost remains the same, hence profitability is improved overall, the best course of action would be to sell more munchies with a higher contribution margin.

In essence, I am in strong support of the company, IM Enterprises , selling more of munchies, option D, as that would improve its bottom-line in terms of more profit generation.

Whatever contribution is made on additional sales, directly impacts net income since fixed cost has been covered ,hence a product with higher contribution would have impact on increased profit
