Correct answer choices are :

A) Arose from a need to ease poverty and political instability

B) Were influenced by the US anxiety regarding the spread of communism

D) Resulted in the death and disappearance of many protesters

Explanation:

The Latin American wars of liberation were the revolutions that took place during the late 18th and early 19th centuries and ended in the production of a number of independent countries in Latin America. The Latin American countries that did not opt for the Cuban model developed broadly diverse political paths. Mexico’s unique system of inadequate democracy built around the Institutional Revolutionary Party was waved by a surge of riots in the summer of 1968 on the eve of the Olympic Games held in Mexico City, but federal security was never severely in doubt.

Answer:

The Infamy Speech was a discourse conveyed by United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt to a Joint Session of the US Congress on December 8, 1941, one day after the Empire of Japan's assault on the US maritime base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and the Japanese assertion of war on the United States and the British Empire. The name gets from the primary line of the discourse: Roosevelt portraying the earlier day as "a date which will live in notoriety". The discourse is likewise generally alluded to as the "Pearl Harbor Speech".

Inside a hour of the discourse, Congress passed a formal revelation of war against Japan and authoritatively brought the U.S. into World War II. The location is a standout amongst the most well known of all American political addresses

Famous quotes of that speech: "Yesterday, December 7, 1941 — a date which will live in infamy — the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan."

"We must be the great arsenal of democracy. For us this is an emergency as serious as war itself. We must apply ourselves to our task with the same resolution, the same sense of urgency, the same spirit of patriotism and sacrifice as we would show were we at war."

"No man can tame a tiger into a kitten by stroking it. There can be no appeasement with ruthlessness. There can be no reasoning with an incendiary bomb. We know now that a nation can have peace with the Nazis only at the price of total surrender."

The judicial power shall be vested in a supreme court, district courts of appeal, circuit courts, and county courts." The quote above is from the Florida constitution, because it creates four types of courts, whereas the U.S. Constitution only creates the U.S. Supreme Court.

When consulting the Florida Constitution to know more about the judicial branch, this information can be found in Article V, section 8. Besides the Florida court, in the state of Florida, there are 5 courts of appeals. Furthermore, Florida has 20 circuit courts and 60 county courts. In 1972, the government created the OSCA, the Office of State Courts Administration to oversee the work of the judicial system in the state.
