Fixed-pie bias is the term that refers to children where individuals inserted in the same system and with the same goals believe that each one is not working to achieve the same goal.

This can be seen in Moneyball clips, the public rules and complains when coaches and coaches choose to choose players who are highly efficient and disciplined but don't look good, are not famous or charismatic, instead of glamorous players.

Even if the quality of the glamorous players is low and they are highly unstable, the public prefers that they are called up for the team and when that doesn't happen, the public blames the coaches for not caring about the team's victory, when that is exactly it. , that the technicians want.

Match the quotes with the literary devices they use.
jenyasd209 [6]

The matching of the quotes is as follows:

"O miserable abundance, O beggarly riches!" – John Donne

This quote uses oxymoron, since it is using words that cancel each other out. These words being miserable abundance and begarly riches, together seem contradictory but it does describe correctly.

"What a pity that youth must be wasted on the young." – George Bernard Shaw

This one shows a paradox where it states that young people waste their youth. Makes you think about how a young person would waste their youth still being young.

"I can resist anything but temptation." – Oscar Wilde

This one shows paradox, since it is more than a couple of words, that are describing an action that is contradicting itself. In this case resisting anything but temptation.

"How is it possible to have a civil war?" – George Carlin

This one shows an o 2 oxymoron, since it consts of 2 words that are contradicting eachother. Making us ask ourselves, "How can there be a war that is civil?"
