The Northville School Board has proposed this budget for the upcoming school year:
elena-s [515]

Answer:

Explanation:

Going through & comparing both the proposed budget with the revised budget, we observe 2 changes. We notice that 5% was reduced from purchase of new musical instruments for the music department and that upgrade of computer lab hardware was increased by 5%. As the revised budget is the final budget, we see that in it the board opted to have more computer hardware instead of new instruments for the music department. In so doing, Northville Schoolpurchased more computer hardware at the expense of new instruments.

Opportunity cost refers to the "cost" incurred by foregoing the advantage associated with the best alternative choice to get something else. In this case, the Northville School Board passed up the opportunity to get new instruments & instead opted to upgrade the computer lab hardware. Therefore, the opportunity cost for computer lab hardware upgrade is the purchase new instruments.

Why is external criticism so important when it comes to analyzing data?
julsineya [31]
External criticism is when historians check the validity of a source to verify whether or not it's authentic.

This process is important regarding analyzing data, because we have to question whether or not we can trust the data and use it as a reference point.

Vladimir79 [104]

Answer:

The Infamy Speech was a discourse conveyed by United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt to a Joint Session of the US Congress on December 8, 1941, one day after the Empire of Japan's assault on the US maritime base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and the Japanese assertion of war on the United States and the British Empire. The name gets from the primary line of the discourse: Roosevelt portraying the earlier day as "a date which will live in notoriety". The discourse is likewise generally alluded to as the "Pearl Harbor Speech".

Inside a hour of the discourse, Congress passed a formal revelation of war against Japan and authoritatively brought the U.S. into World War II. The location is a standout amongst the most well known of all American political addresses

Famous quotes of that speech: "Yesterday, December 7, 1941 — a date which will live in infamy — the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan."

"We must be the great arsenal of democracy. For us this is an emergency as serious as war itself. We must apply ourselves to our task with the same resolution, the same sense of urgency, the same spirit of patriotism and sacrifice as we would show were we at war."

"No man can tame a tiger into a kitten by stroking it. There can be no appeasement with ruthlessness. There can be no reasoning with an incendiary bomb. We know now that a nation can have peace with the Nazis only at the price of total surrender."

The book believe that, salvation is only through grace rather than works. It raises questions such as the role of the Law, and the work of the Holy Spirit in the believer.

The central theme in book of Galatians is ‘Freedom in Christ’ which is understood as the birthright of every believer. It was believed that, through faith in Christ, someone has been delivered from the bondage and condemnation of the law and from the power of sin rather than the good deeds someone do.
