Answer:

1. Virginia Declaration of Rights says that power is vested on and derived from the people.

2. John Locke's Two Treatises say that governments get their start from the consent of the majority, or by an election of representatives by the masses.

3. Based on the ideas found in the Virginia Declaration of Rights and Locke’s Two Treatises, the governed are the masses or the people. Governments get their power from the consent of the people.

Explanation:

Virginia Declaration of Rights which was composed by George Mason was written on behalf of the Virginian people to highlight their views of an ideal government and the role of the government. In that document, it was made clear that the government is meant to govern the people and that they derive their powers from them.

John Locke's Two Treatises also showed that the government is not meant to have absolute powers, rather they should govern the people or the majority and also make laws that protect their natural rights. The government also gets its powers from the people.

I do not think that the answer is A) because just because they are driving a type of car does not mean that They had less contact with other people their own age. I I do not think that the answer is B) because  just because they are driving a type of car does not mean that They could get to know each other without supervision. But It is C) I think because they are richer so They spent less time in the city, but D) is not correct I don't think because they must of had a lot of money to by a street car, and they would probably not spend a lot of money on a street car, and give up leisure activities.

So the answer is C)
