How does the cartoonist's treatment of the cooper and the plumber suggest that their actions are not "knightly"?
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer:

The treatment that the cartonist gives to cooper and plumber is rude and inelegant.

Explanation:

The cartonist behaves in a bad manner, petty, inelegant and impolitic. He shows that he is a very uncomfortable person and does not mind humiliating and devaluing others.

This behavior shows that the cartonist does not have "chivalrous" actions and acts in a somewhat rude and inappropriate manner, which prevents us from seeing him as an educated, delicate person with a profile closer to what is considered a gentleman.

In at least 100 to 150 words, construct a picture of Hideki Tojo. Who was he? Why was he important in the Asian Pacific War?
damaskus [11]

Hideki Tojo was a prominent Japanese soldier, who became prime minister of Japan during World War II, between 1941 and 1944. He held other important positions as Minister of War (1940-1944), Minister of Foreign Affairs (1942), Minister of Education (1942) or Chief of the Army Staff (1944).

He was the intellectual architect of the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, which eventually led to the war against China and, later, the Second World War. Tojo had a charismatic personality and of great preponderance in the Japanese Army. During World War II, while he was prime minister, numerous war crimes, such as the execution of prisoners or even the use of chemical and biological weapons, were executed  in the Japanese-occupied territories. In metropolitan Japan itself, the military police and other security forces turned the country into a real police state, while political life was reduced around the para-fascist movement Taisei Yokusankai, or the Imperial Regime Support Association . As a result of the cascade of military defeats that followed one another from 1942 and 1943, Tojo was forced to resign from all positions in July 1944.

After the end of the war, despite a failed attempt to kill himself, he was arrested by the American authorities. He was tried in the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, which sentenced him to death, being hanged on December 23, 1948.

A greek tyrant who tried to reform athens before the peloponnesian wars
Ludmilka [50]
The correct answer is: Pericles

Athens and Sparta had battled each other before the episode of the Great Peloponnesian War (in what is in some cases called the First Peloponnesian War) yet had consented to a ceasefire, called the Thirty Years' Treaty, in 445. In the next years their separate alliances watched an uneasy peace. The occasions that prompted recharged threats started in 433, when Athens aligned itself with Corcyra (present day Corfu), a deliberately vital state of Corinth. Battling followed, and the Athenians at that point made strides that expressly damaged the Thirty Years' Treaty. Sparta and its partners blamed Athens for hostility and debilitated war.

On the exhortation of Pericles, its most compelling leader, Athens declined to backdown. Strategic endeavors to determine the question fizzled. At last, in the spring of 431, a Spartan partner, Thebes, assaulted an Athenian partner, Plataea, and open war started.
