Explanation:

The excerpt is unbiased as it is simply providing details about Young's thoughts and actions in relation to his deciphering of the Rosetta Stone which had helped historians immensely in understanding the Hieroglyphic text.  

In listing the mistakes that Young made and then correcting it, the author pushed no negative narrative about Young and so could be said to be unbiased.
