Subcultural deviance theory is
most consistent with normative ethics. Normative ethics deals with the
questions that arise when considering how a person acts or suppose to act. The
specific ethics of subculture deviance theory is the non utilitarianism. In
this system, a group of individuals conforming to the values and norms of the
group and one deviates. When one deviates from the social group whose norms
differ from the society, he or she is said to be deviant.
History was a driving force behind such migration, since humans tended to move to new territory when they lacked food, shelter, or other resources--meaning that most of the conflicts throughout history have been driven by the same forces that drove migration out of Africa.
