Explicit descriptions are directly stated. If a writer is describing somebody's appearance or qualities explicitly, meaning that they state exactly what they look like or what they are like, then it means that the description is direct. It isn't implied, because the writer directly says it. It doesn't mean it is not real, this is a silly option. It's not a deduction either, because there is nothing to deduce, given that the author is explicitly explaining everything.
