Fitness is achieved because there are process that we need to do before we become fit. You need to work hard by doing exercises or work outs and healthy lifestyle and eating habits in order to achieve it and also to maintain it.

To achieve fitness, you need to put yourself into discipline. Regular workout, healthy eating, and enough sleep is required for it.

When we work hard to get something,we don’t say ‘received,’ Instead, we call it “achievement.” because we have successfully achieved or reached our goal.

How does popular opinion shape political policies? Mccarthyism
devlian [24]

Answer:

Political policies are indirectly a product of the public opinion. Any democracy elects the nominees as a representative who would cater to their needs and who work for a better and more developed society and living conditions. The political parties are there to formulate and execute public policies that would govern the people and the country itself. The public opinion is the one ingredient that is crucial to shape these policies. For instance, an educational policy will highly depend on the present need and the condition of the education system, the analysis of which would be closer to the reality only if based on public opinion. And hence political policies are shaped by popular opinions.

According to scholars, the English language is typically divided into how many historical periods? A. one B. two C. three D. fou
Leviafan [203]

The English language is typically divided into three historical periods (option "C"):

The Old English or Anglo Saxon which was brought to Britain due to the Anglo-Saxon invasions, was spoken in England and Scotland between 450-1100 AD (early Middle Ages).

The Middle English, which developed after the Norman conquest in 1066, was influenced by the French. It started replacing the Old English; however, the Middle English was considered the language of the upper classes.

The Modern English was spoken since the beginning of the Tudors (15th century) and spread through the British Empire colonies during the 18th century.
