Why were priests and nuns among the early settlers in Texas?
kvv77 [185]

Answer:

They were master builders and could design missions in the Americas.

Explanation:

As the twentieth century wound down, religion stayed a necessary piece of Mexican-American life. Despite the enduring worry about declension, the Tejano people group was still overwhelmingly Catholic during the 1990s, and the essential forms of Tejano Catholicism had changed minimally after some time. Mexican-American Catholicism kept on being home-focused, freely attached to institutional practices, and unequivocally dependent on social customs. Different beliefs had for sure caused advances after some time to mainline Protestantism verifiably and, all the more as of late, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Pentecostals, and different groups.

How did Harlem entertainment and audiences differ from other cities? (1920s)
Lerok [7]

Answer:

The Harlem entertainment was full of energy as it was aiming for cultural renewal. Many African Americans started enjoying an access to jazz music. The audiences consisted of both the black people and the white. They were very much alive and drank "illegal" booze, which signaled freedom.

Explanation:

"Harlem Renaissance" spanned in the 1920s in New York City. It was a time when the African Americans were able to express themselves and their culture through music and entertainment. This was a movement which supported the blossoming of the Negros in the society.

Besides music and entertainment, it was also evident that the black people's fashion took a dramatic turn. Clothes were more attractive and worn elegantly than before.
