The Disney series named Liv and Maddie shows the life of the members of the Rooney family. The Rooney family has four children. The youngest son's name is Parker. His middle name though referred to many times in the series, is never revealed.

Further Explanation:

Liv and Maddie is a sit-com that was released as a Disney Original Series in the year 2013. In it, Dove Cameron plays the role of the identical twins Liv and Maddie. The series is funny and introduces to us the Rooney family. The two twins are famous in their own fields. Liv is a superstar on television and Maddie a popular girl in school who excels in basketball and studies. However, the main complexity of the series starts when Liv returns from Hollywood back to School where her sister is popular and her parents work. The parents Pete and Karen Rooney is a basketball coach and school psychologist respectively. While Liv is the oldest of the Rooney children Parker is their youngest child with Maddie and Joey as their second and third child.

Parker being the youngest is a mischievous child who troubles his sisters. He is very close to his brother Joey with whom he pulls most of the manipulation and mischiefs at home. He is a child with great interest in science and is a genius. He excels in karate and is good in his physical education classes in school. All the children study in the Ridgewood High School, but Parker’s school name remains hidden. All the children have long names, like Liv’s name is Olivia Liv Rooney, and Maddie’s name is Maddison Maddie Rooney and Joey’s name is Joseph Gilligan Joey Rooney. There is a mention of Parker having a middle name and it is often made fun of, but however, the middle name is never mentioned throughout the series.

Answer:

"Provisional drivers could each save up to £500 on their car insurance by undertaking advanced driving lessons," the government has confirmed. "We want people to go on improving their driving skills throughout their driving careers," said David Ashworth, a junior minister at the Department for Transport. "This is about creating the right sort of education and incentivising people to do it."

Explanation:

Inverted commas are also known as quotation marks. Their purpose is to indicate which words or sentences inside that structure were spoken by someone. We place a pair of inverted commas at the beginning of that person's speech, and another one at the ending. If the speech is interrupted by the author's words, the inverted commas can simply be placed again once the speech is resumed.

The principal will say, ’rules have to be followed at any cost (right in indirect form)
JulsSmile [24]

Answer:

The same structure, in indirect or reported form, would be:

The principal will say that rules have to be followed at any cost.

Explanation:

When reporting what someone said, we must change the verb tenses according to when the line was said. If there are any pronouns in the sentence, those may also need to be changed to match the speaker - for instance, if a man said something about himself, we should change "I" for "he". We also change time expressions, such as substituting "today" for "that day".

Not much changes in the sentence we are transforming here since the line inside the quotation marks does not present time expressions or pronouns. Another reason for that is the verb tense. Because it is "will say", which is a future, we do not have to change the verb tense inside the quotation marks.

Just to make it clearer, imagine that the principal already said that: The principal said, "Rules have to be followed at any cost." Now the tense is in the past, "said". In this case, we should also change the tense inside the quotation marks. It would be: The principal said that rules had to be followed at any cost.
