Were you at sea, aboard ship, and Poseidon blew up a dire wind and foundering waves, or cattle-raiding, were you, on the mainland, or in a fight for some stronghold, or women, when the foe hit you to your mortal hurt? the reader can infer that Agamemnon is disturbed by Amphimedon.

Agamemnon asks Amphimedon "What ruin brought you into this undergloom?" He is upset to see Amphimedon in the Underworld. He then asks Amphimedon about how he died. In hopes that Amphimedon died in glory, he lists various ways a man might die honorably. The passage ends with Agamemnon reminding Amphimedon of their friendship. However, it seems from the way Agamemon seems to be searching his friend for answers that Amphimedon is not behaving in the way he expects or recognizes him. This disturbs Agamemnon.

UkoKoshka [18]

Answer:

It ensures readers ensure its significance in the passage.

Explanation:

The passage begins with the author saying that one has to choose between being loved and being feared. Upon choosing fear, the author wants to make sure that his choice is very clear and that there are no misunderstandings. All the effects described in the rest of the passage are derivatives of fear, meaning that fear is essential to the passage. Thus, the author seeks to emphasize the word as much as possible.

vlada-n [284]

Answer:

Outreach

Explanation:

The three options provided are types of people i.e "children", "elderly", and "homeless". So, the fourth element too should be a type of people. Hence, "Finances", and "Conservation" are eliminated.

Out of "Students" and "Outreach", "outreach" would be better option;

Firstly because, children (age), elderly (age) homeless (location), and then fourth too should be about location i.e. "Outreach"

Secondly, because "students" is a sort of occupation, children may also be students. So, "Students" does not fit well with the three provided options.
