Answer:

Government: For example, if a community is affected by floods due to rain, it is expected that the Director of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management will go to the affected area and establish guidelines to continue attending to these affected people, thus strengthening the attention in the affected sectors.

Community organizations: Its function is to carry out international cooperation in solving international economic, social, or humanitarian problems. These organizations work in coordination of relief operations in dealing with disasters, natural or provoked, the areas where local authorities cannot reach to cope with the situation. Following the previous example, these organizations can collaborate with the Government to assist people affected by floods.

Religious organizations: These non-profit organizations work together with government organizations to support flood survivors in the most effective and efficient way, through the collection of donations that will later be delivered to these people.

Explanation:

Government: These families can be supported on key issues such as shelters, tents and other elements, as well as transportation, efforts of all government entities must also be articulated to support the transfer of affected people to family or friends.

Community organizations: These organizations support humanitarian aid to those affected by natural disasters, in this case by a flood providing assistance in the construction of shelters, food and personal items.

Religious organizations: The most positive way to support survivors of a flood in their recovery is to donate money and non-perishable items to reliable organizations, such as religious ones. With donations, these organizations can get the necessary resources closer to the location of the flood site, and in this way they help affected people.

Intuition might tell us that rough surfaces on clothing would inhibit the speed of an Olympic athlete. Why is this line of think
Mademuasel [1]
Intuition might tell us that rough surfaces on clothing would inhibit the speed of an Olympic athlete. It is not true in some cases because rough clothing could not inhibit the performance of an athlete. If the athlete however had the experience first hand while during practice, in wearing such rough outfits then it would not inhibit his performance during his competition. But, if during the competition, he suddenly had to wear a smooth clothing, then he would have a hard time dealing with it during his competition because it is not the one that he had his practice on. So in short, it all boils down on how people adapt to these things and how well they can execute certain things that are not common to everybody. Maybe for some, if they had the time to practice using smooth clothing then it would not be a problem with promoting with their speed.

ArbitrLikvidat [17]
There are many reasons why Zachary can't concentrate. He might have something on his mind that is bothering him, he could be hungry, he could not have a lot of energy. The best thing Zachary could do to help the paper not suffer is leave his desk and paper alone for about a half an hour, and maybe eat something, or just take a break. Maybe take a nap to get some energy back up so that he can get everything he needs in his paper.
