Answer: Cellular respiration and Active transport

Explanation: In process of glycolysis, glucose is broken down into pyruvate which ultimately generates ATP and provides energy. Glucose shortage will affect this cellular process.

In Active transport, ATP is required to transport across the membrane which is provided by glucose. So glucose shortage will affect active transport.

Why do companies like nestle object to bottle deposit programs? what do they support instead?
Ahat [919]

Answer:

The companies take away the bottle as "security deposit and however they can recycle and reuse it."

Explanation:

When buying different beverages from a person distributing, a deposit needs typically to be paid to the distributor from the containers that have been taken. However, the distributor will issue a refund once the bottle that was taken has been returned to the place of purchase. Therefore, the distributor will reimburse the redemption of the retailer the amount that was deposited for every container. The additional handling fees usually added in some countries. The deposits that remain unredeemed are taken to the state or kept by distributors.

Law Incorporation [45]
Mist nets have been used to capture birds and insects and monitor their populations. Although the number of individuals captured in the nets has been used to estimate population sizes of certain species, this approach can present several problems. On the one hand, to estimate abundances, the use of counting points provides more accurate results, since the data of the capture with nets come from a few points per unit of time. In the case of canopy, the ideal days for this project should be days with the least fog to be able to visualize the species and the impressive vegetation that can be seen from the height, but if what they want is to capture some species for some type of study, they will have to wait for days with more fog.

Sort the items based on whether they have gravitational potential energy or chemical potential energy. liquid petroleum gasoline
poizon [28]

Explanation:

Gravitational potential energy is the energy of body due to its position in the gravitational field.

Whereas chemical potential energy is the energy within the chemical bonds of a substance.

For example, when we eat an apple then we get energy in our body so, it is the chemical potential energy stored in the apple.

Items sorted on the bases of gravitational potential energy and chemical potential energy are as follows.

Gravitational potential energy:

  • a ball thrown up in the air.
  • a stone rolling downhill.
  • water stored in an overhead tank.

Chemical potential energy:

  • liquid petroleum gasoline used in cars.
  • apples that people eat.
  • firecrackers that people set off.

Duplication in the gene encoding a protein involved in vision has enabled humans to acquire trichromatic vision, which is the ab
Alexxandr [17]

This type of mutation is beneficial mutation

Mutations are permanent transmissible changes that occur in an individual’s genetic code. Some of these changes can cause destructive conditions such as sickle cell disease or Down syndrome, while many may not be harmful, and even irrelevant. Sometimes, a mutation that will provide an individual with a benefit may take place. This type of mutation is said to be beneficial. An example is the trichomatic vision of humans which gives humans the ability to perceive, and distinguish between red, green, and blue colors.
