Ali would be the correct one for this problem. Veterinary technicians are responsible or allowed in performing physical exams and talking to clients about their animals but they are not allowed to interpret results. Technicians are the ones to handle instruments and equipment while the veterinarians are the ones who can perform physical exams and the reading of the results.
