Answer:

B. Mike - 145bpm - 188bpm

Explanation:

The heart is a great indicator of your fitness level.   Training the heart can improve health in every way. The heart can also be used as a guide to help you improve your training, and most importantly, customize your workouts to your goals.  There are bands of heartbeat, in which the body responds differently to each of them. These heartbeat bands have been referred to as Target heart rate zones.

If you were to lose weight through cardiovascular exercise, you would stay within a specific 'heart rate zone' - which would represent about 70% of your maximum heart rate, so you would be slow enough to allow the body to use its aerobic energy system. This is the method by which the body can get energy from fat stores.

Delicious77 [7]
Firstly, I would ask the doctor who diagnosed me for any information on the disease that is of their knowledge. Using reputable medical websites, I'd then cross reference the information provided from my doctor. It would also be a smart idea to ask other doctors to compare their answers. If modern medical science cant find the answer, I'd then try to see if there were any alternative or holistic medical options.
