The correct answer is D.

Tutankhamen was the first Pharaoh after the religious, social and political revolution of the Atenist period. Before Tutankhaten, the Pharaoh Akhenaten decided to dissolve the traditional Egyptian religion, taking the power from the priests, abandoning the worship to the god Amun and the other deities and establishing a monotheist religion with Aten as the unique sun god. For that reason, Akhenaten was labeled by the priests as the "heretic Pharaoh."

When Tutankhamen ascended to the throne he decided to return to the old traditions, re-establishing the worship to Amun and the other deities and giving the power back to the priests. Thus, when he passed away, the priests buried him in a magnificent tomb for his journey to the other world.

snow_tiger [21]

The correct answer is; The Morrill Acts of 1862 and 1890.

Further Explanation:

In the mid 1800's, colleges started accepting females to enroll and get degrees. This also helped to boost numbers in colleges. But it was the Morrill Acts that established the foundation for hundreds of thousands of students to enroll in college.

The Morrill Acts were part of a federal government initiative to give public land and federal money to create the land grand grants to build colleges. This allowed the middle class families to send their children or themselves to college. The first state to use the land grant funds was Iowa.
