The correct answer is answer B ("2, 1, 3, 5, 4").

In <u>sentence number 2</u>, the writer is introducing the main point she's trying to get across in the e-mail, which is that there's a specific problem with the rescheduling of an event.

<u>Sentence number 1</u> would know let us understand what exactly is causing this problem: the torrential rain left a disaster behind.

<u>Sentence number 3</u> follows up giving more details as to why this situation is a disaster and what the specific problem is: the ceremonial podium floated away.

In <u>sentence number 5</u>, we're being introduced to a new difficulty: a giant puddle.

Finally <u>sentence number 4</u> is developing on the previous one, adding that now there's a flock of ducks in that puddle and they won't let anyone near the place.

Hope this helps!

The Forever Chocolate Chocolate company specializes in 3 types of chocolates: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolat
vladimir2022 [97]

Answer:

\frac{1}{5}

Explanation:

Dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate are 100% of what chocolate The Forever Chocolate Company makes.

The equivalent of 100% as a fraction is \frac{1}{1}.

<u>White chocolate</u>

if 0.5 is white chocolate, this means 0.5 of 1

that is, \frac{0.5}{1} =0.5 0r \frac{1}{2}

Therefore, half of the chocolate they make is white chocolate.

White chocolate represents 50%

They make 30% dark chocolate

<u>Milk chocolate</u>

Milk chocolate makes up the remaining,

100% - 80% = 20%

Milk chocolate represents 20%

Converting 20% to fraction:

\frac{20}{100}= \frac{1}{5} or 0.2

Select all the statements that apply to the sentence below. To try to write certain sentences is difficult. The sentence is corr
lord [1]

Answer:

The infinitives are beside each other, but one does not contain the other.

Explanation:

<em>Infinitives are the basic form of the verb without any articulation links it to the subject. The sentence provided here employs two infinitives "to try" and "to write" back to back and beside each other. The sentence is correct as the usage of two base forms of the verbs has often been witnessed. However, the infinitives are beside each other yet they do not contain each other as each is displaying its meaning clearly and effectively. Thus, the last option is correct.</em>
