The correct answer is B. More people walk to school or work.

A lot of people who lives in cities tend to walk to school or work as their places of work or education are in closer proximity to where they live. It is also cheaper and easier to walk than use a car in the cities. Some might still use a combination of walking and public transport but they will still be more physically active than car users. If more people chose to walk there would be a far higher level of physical fitness in the cities.
