Martin's viewed the work of Laura Bates as something very hilarious since Bates have been getting slammed doors when she was teaching in the prison and Martin hasn't been in that situation yet. And Bates managed to teach the prisoners about Shakespeare and his works and how the prisoners would be able to relate to Shakespeare's works.

Assume that you are the vice president of movie production for a major Hollywood studio. You need to compose a memo to your film
Mice21 [21]
To Whom it May Concern:
As you are aware, the film we are tasked with producing, though certainly based in science fiction, will involve a great deal of real science, including physics and astronomy, topics which are not particularly well versed in our industry. My goal in creating this movie is to make it as thoughtful and realistic as possible, so that it begs the question for the average moviegoer: Could that actually happen? Additionally, with such a practical and entertaining applicable of science, we will be able to create a movie that will have an affect on critics, thus trickling down to the movie goers who bring in the revenue. With that said, it is vital that we hire a team of competent experts to incorporate the ideas necessary to make the movie realistic. I believe that with a team of knowledgeable consultants, we will be able to make a film for the ages, one that will leave real world scientists in awe.  I look forward to hearing from you in this regard.

Which two statements describe outcomes of the Latin American revolutions?
snow_lady [41]

Correct answer choices are :

B) Many new nations in Latin America struggled to create a government and a stable economy.

C) James Monroe supported the independence movements and warned European nations to stay away.

Explanation:

Despite the belief delivered by Independence and the reliable attempts an instance of some of the officers of the new communities, the aims of the changes in justice and unity mostly went unfulfilled. The acute sense of Independence that had begun to victory over imperial overlords, would cause disputes between the new nations and defeat Simon Bolivar's visions of a Gran Columbia in South America. Soon after Independence, the spiritual reigns of government were seized by men who did not share the sense of justice that had inflamed the revolutions.

Select the phrase from Mark Twain's essay, "The Person Sitting in
muminat

The correct answer is "There must be two Americas: one that sets the captive free, and one that takes a once captives new freedom away from him."

That is the phrase from  Mark Twain's essay, "The Person Sitting in Darkness," published in February of 1901, that best identifies Twain as an anti-imperialist.

Without a doubt, Mark Twain (1835-1910) is considered to be one of the best writers of the United States. In the case of this essay, it was published in the "North American Review." He used humor and satire in his arguments to expose imperialistic ideas of the time. Mark Twain also wrote two classic novels in the American literature: "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer," and the "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn."
