We should capitalize "in" in line 2 and "by" in line 3 to correct the capititalization errors.

In traditional poetry, the first letter of every line is capitalized. Therefore, the poem should read,

In the vale of Tawasentha

In the green and silent valley,

By the pleasant water-courses,

Dwelt the singer Nawadaha.
