Answer:

Bureaucracy has diverse patterns of activities and interactions, which cannot be accounted by its organization structure.

Explanation:

The informal side of bureaucracy is composed of many day to day activities and participants as well. Such activities may go by ignored, because they do not correspond to the official rules and procedures of bureaucracy.

A good example might be the gossiping news spreading so much faster than the official channel of communications. This situation takes place, because the official channel has to pass the oficial ideology filter; which is purely regulated by the central government.

"She sits in the front..." > "Her sits in the front..."

"Whoever..."

bearhunter [10]

Answer:

The correct answer is option A

Explanation:

In the above situation where Hannah wants to support her claim about freedom of speech on internet forums. She is afraid that if the protection will turn into censorship of content which will completely ruin the purpose of internet, thus taking away freedom of speech.

The claim that internet providers are only supposed to provide internet services and should have nothing to do with the kind of content they are provided with can favor her argument.
