A & B being a young adult and or a teenager, is a hard time to go through because of social issues and hormones, and being female brings in the emotional part into the issue aswell, and this results in a wrist cutting weird Yuri type girl. as you will see in Doki Doki Literature Club

The second risk factor is that being a female because females usually get carried away with emotions and females tend to overthink more than males.
