<span>Demanding of oneself means putting a lot of pressure on oneself. He makes sure he is doing things perfectly, setting high expectations on himself. Same thing with demanding of others, a demanding person who is always requiring others to work hard and are not concerned with what others want because he is mostly concerned with himself. He have a difficult time taking “no” for an answer because he always want to get what he want.
