Answer:

The answers to your questions, with just a bit of explanation, given that there are too many questions, would be:

1. The  answer to this is A: Archaic and Bison. The Folsom were just one of the many archaic Paleo-Indian tribes that were found inhabited most of North America, especially the Great Plains and the Great Lakes. From historical sites, where they inhabited, archeoogists were able to know they hunted mostly Bison.

2. D: Anthropologist. Anthropology is a pretty unique social science in that its purpose of study is human culture, human behavior and humans themselves throughout history, both from the past and the present. Bella, wishing to study the culture of the tribe, exhibits the characteristics of an anthropologist.

3. C: Agriculture and animal domestication. Before these two events, humans were organized as hunter-gatherers, and depended on environmental circumstances to survive. They were nomads. When humans domesticated animals, and thus were able to produce from the land without depending on seasons, and land characteristics, settlement initiated.

4. The answer is D: Tundra. According to research, the Bering Land Bridge, which was part of a region known as Beringia, was not iced, or covered by water, as many believed. Today, archeological information points to it having been originally grasslands, and during the Last Glacial Maximum settled here and then moved on to the Americas. It was later on that the ocean, after the ice period ended, rose to cover the lands. Today all that is left of Beringia are islands: Diomede and Pribilof, St. Lawrence and King.

5. The answer is A: Clovis points similar to those found in New Mexico. This settlement of humans was found in the Aldan River in Northeast Siberia. Among the levels where remains were found, it was discovered that the Dyuktai culture lived here, and among the instruments left behind, they found several projectile points, and other tools for hunting. These were similar in kind to those found in diggings in New Mexico.

6. The answer is B: Africa. Although there is still some lack of consensus among researchers, it is still largely accepted that the first humans, the Homo Erectus were the first ancestors of present-day humans who emigrated from Africa between 1.3 and 1.8 million years ago, and they went to Asia and then Europe.

Using complete sentences, explain the differences between a command economy and a market economy. What type of economic system i
RSB [31]

Answer:

The market economy is an economy type where the private businesses dominate. The economy is open, the trade is on a large scale, and very often big percentage of the produced goods are exported, while others are imported.

The command economy is in the hands of the government, which controls everything in it, and has all the resources in its hands. The economy is usually more closed, and there's trade with only a handful of countries, usually with the same economic type. The private businesses do not exist.

By combining this too we get mixed economy. In this type of economy, the government still has big portion of the resources in its hands, and is still heavily involved in the decisions, but the economy is much more open for trade. The amount of production is much bigger than what the country needs, so there's lot of goods that are exported. The benefit is that the government has control over the most important things in the country, and the workers are protected, as well as making big profit from the export of goods while maintaining the balance on home ground. A perfect example of this is China.
