Answer:

d. Maderno’s plan

Explanation:

This is the final plan of the St. Peter’s Basilica, the plan of Carlo Maderno, who continued the plans of Michelangelo's plans by adding a nave and a narthex.

Bramante's plan was basically a square, roughly representing the top half of the image provided in the question.

It was modified by Michelangelo who added a section, then extended once more by Maderno who gave it this aspect.

The basilica was finished in 1626, 120 years after the construction began.

Mali’s first ruler was Sundiata. The oral history of the griots says Sundiata was a sickly child who had trouble walking. Exercise and hard work made him strong. He became a great military leader. By 1250, he had led the Mandinka people against their enemies, won control of the gold trade routes, and founded the empire of Mali. Some of the soldiers in his army might have looked like the horseman in this Malian sculpture from the 1300s.

Explain in a few sentences how different lines and shape can be manipulated to create a mood or feeling in a composition?
dybincka [34]

Answer:

Lines and shapes are a part of the visual elements which can be played with and used to create a mood or feeling in a composition.

Some of the other elements include the pattern, color, tone and texture. All these elements serve together as the construction blocks which are used by the artists to create artwork.

Lines are used to form drawings and different shapes are formed when these lines are used in certain lengths or angles. So the artist can play with these elements of art to create and express different moods, thus conveying different meanings.
