The evidence-based practice that I would implement with Tina Jones are proper aseptic techniques in handling her infected foot wound, follow infection control protocols, continuous monitoring of her skin condition by documenting exudate and changes in skin condition. In addition, to know if the intervention worked if there is a positive change to the patient’s wound and skin.
