There are no underlined portions of the excerpt. However, the passage does not infer anywhere that the husbands are to blame for women being trapped in their suburban lifestyle. The author blames it on a problem with no name that exists in the women's mind and spirit. We also don't see in this part of the passage that the author is calling for a change to government policy or women to band together.
