How does Greta Thunberg and Sylvia Stults explore climate change?
Elena L [17]

Answer and Explanation:

Sylvia Stults explored climate change through poetry and literature. She was able to write a very influential poem, where she was able to point out in an incisive way the negative impacts of environmental pollution, where climate changes were associated. Sylvia Stults, in her poem, shows how nature has been negatively modified over the years, causing degradation, dishonest and excessive exploitation and contamination of what is essential for our life, nature.

Greta Thunberg, on the other hand, approaches environmental changes in a more political way, drawing the attention of directives of great leaders and political organizations so that they can fix the environmental problems they have created, thus guaranteeing a future for children who are not responsible for pollution, degradation and climatic changes that are being submitted.

Yuliya22 [10]
The poem "At Dusk" shows uncertainty and indecision on the cat's part to go home because there were many things to pursue. It was able to hear the sound of the voice as indicated by the moving of its ears; however, instead idenifying the meaning of the call to go home, it continued to enjoy the more attractive sights.

What can you infer about the speaker's feelings toward her father? why doesn't she try to intervene in the conflict between her
hodyreva [135]

This poem written by Diane Glancy, reflects her Native American heritage. Her father, a Cherokee man is the main character for the poem. She portrays the conflict between his native american identity and the westernized world in which he lives.  The author implies that despite living disconnected from his traditions and working packing meat, her father remains Cherokee.

The author's feelings towards her father seem to be of love, respect and sadness. I find the poem nostalgic, and there seems to be a sense of being out of place in this world.

The conflict between her parents seems to fit the idea of the poem. Her father brings home hide and horns from work (representing his heritage), and her (western) mother rejects this. The author is just an observer in this poem.

The hide and horns are important, since some native americans relied heavily on the hide, meat and everything else provided by buffalos, which is also a theme in the poem.
