After 2 hours of a particular shift, 2 defects have already been detected. What is the probability that there will be less than
Nataly [62]

Answer:

The answer is 5/6

Explanation:

This is because, if it takes 2 hours to detect 2 defects, In 24 hours, the total defect to be detected is 24.

The probabilty of less than (Total) of 4 defect =

1 - probability of it been 4 (in an entire shift)

probability of been 4 = no of defect / total defect = 4/24

Therefore,

probability of less than 4 = 1- (4/24) = 5/6

yarga [219]
It was important because with new farming technology a lot of farmers lost their jobs as other farmers become more efficient. With this new technology there did not need to be more farms in use. So that brought workforce from the country and into the city and that changed everything. It was a huge shift in society. From Agricultural to Industrial.

Explanation:

Shaping: In psychology, the term shaping refers to the process in which an organism (human beings, animals) is involved and their behavior is being established that is not performed or learned by them presently.

In other words, it involves the phenomenon of reinforcing an organism's behavior that can be useful or closer to the desired or target behavior, and is also referred to as successive approximations.

In the question above, Tony’s mother is demonstrating how to use shaping.
