B. Harriet won't stand trial but will be sentenced by the judge.

Harriet plead guilty and therefore her guilt or innocence does not need to be determined through a trial.

The 6th Amendment requires a citizen receives a speedy trial and impartial jury. It states the accused be provided an attorney as well. The sentencing must occur quickly and if Harriet request a trial she would need to change her plea to "not guilty".
