In order to strengthen the conclusion that revolution is necessary, it could be added that d. Colonists have previously asked the king to reform these laws. The king has chosen not to reform the laws, even when the colonies asked nicely and proposed ways to reform these laws into new ones that would benefit all, so they were only left with the path of Revolution.

Both. The justice system was created for a reason. Incarceration is to give the offenders time to learn in hopes that they don’t repeat offenses. But I also think that treatment should be mandatory either during or after time served.
