There are some things we can notice that differ a safe site and an unsafe one.

First of all you should pay attention to the URL. If you're trying to access a clothing store website, for example, it should be a simple URL, containing only the name of the store. If it's more than that, you can get suspicious.

Secondly, the layout of the website usually shows you whether it's a safe or an unsafe one. Usually people that create websites with bad intentions don't really care about having a great layout (I said usually, because sometimes they can really make an effort here).

When Levy was
growing up, why
was she "indifferent to Jamaica"?
kari74 [83]

Answer: She was trying to fit in and be as British as possible

Explanation:

In the essay, ''Back to My Own Country'' by Andrea Levy, we are introduced to Andrea's family who had moved from Jamaica to Britain where she was born.

Her family did not want to appear out of place in Britain and so strove to fit in by acting and talking as British-like as they could. Andrea inherited this and tried as well to act British. This led to her being indifferent to her home country Jamaica so much so that she never bothered to tell her friends about it (not that they cared).
