Read the excerpt from "As Good as Gold."

There are five elements of a plot: Exposition, conflict, raising action, climax, falling action and Resolution. From these elements, the one that approaches best to that excerpt is Resolution. The word "finally" can be a signal word that denotes the ending part and Resolution means that the conflict has been solved and indicates the ending, which it really makes sense, since after all the things happened in Jake's life, at the end "I expect we'll need three servings of bacon today" refering maybe to a happy ending.

Answer:

The plot element that is shown in this section is Resolution.

Explanation:

Plot is the sequence of events in the story, the network of situations that the characters live, the plot of the actions they do or that they suffer. We can identify five elements that make up the plot: Exposure, conflict, increase action, climax, action drop and resolution.

In the case of this excerpt, the element of the plot that is being shown is the Resolution that is the solution of the conflict produced by the actions of the characters, that is, it is the conclusion of the story, where everything comes to an end. This can be perceived by the word "finally" which indicates that after all the characters have passed the end of the story is coming.

Does being a composer equate to being a good person? justify your answer.
n200080 [17]

Answer:

No, it doesn't.

Explanation:

Being a composer doesn't equate to being a good person. Whether we are a good person or not doesn't depend on what our profession is. For sure, many composers are good people, but that doesn't have to apply to all of them. It's the same for every profession. For example, we've all encountered teachers who seem like great people, but there are those whom we wouldn't describe as nicely, too. We can conclude that what we do as our job and what we are like as a person are categories that can, but don't have to be connected.
