The correct order should be the following:

1. Pausch tells the audience why this is his last lecture.

2. Pausch tells the audience what the speech will be about.

3. Pausch explains his childhood dreams and how he achieved them.

4. Pausch explains how he helped other people accomplish their dreams.

Indeed, during his "Last Lecture", which was actually called Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams, computer science professor Randy Pausch explained why this was his last lecture, and then told the audience that his lecture would be about dreams and how to achieve them. He then described his childhood dreams and how he was able to achieve them. The second part of the lecture was about helping other people to achieve their maximum potential and accomplish their own dreams. He died of pancreatic cancer on July 25th 2008 at age 47.
