Your answer is the wind. Let me explain what I mean:

1. So, the sediments are on the hilltop, just sitting there. Does the ground do anything? The ground is just being the ground. We can cross off the ground.

2. The hilltop isn't moving or knocking them off, something else moved them. The hilltop can also be crossed off.

3. The sediments are BEING moved but they aren't the ones moving. The wind is the one carrying them down to the bottom of the hill.

The equator is an imaginary line running from east to west that divides the earth into the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere. The northern hemisphere is the half part of the earth that is north of the equator.

During the summer, the light from the sun shines more directly on the Northern Hemisphere.

Also during summer, the period of sunlight is longer than that of the winter.

To kill the white pine blister, the forestry department decided to apply pesticide to the trees. They must directly apply the se
Stels [109]

The Forestry Department is using a chemical control method. This involves using a foliar spray method, in which department personnel will spray pesticide directly on the trees’ leaves.

Explanation:

The chemical control method of pesticide control involves spraying chemical pesticides directly on leaves, shoots or roots of the plants. These chemicals are toxic to the pests only and the pests get retracted from the plants because of the pesticides applied.

A selective pesticide application is done to limit application to a target harmful pest which kills only that and does not harm the other useful or harmless species which thrives on the plants.

White pine blister causes rust of the branches and leaves of the pine trees. Hence, a foliar spray of the pesticide is done to control its spread.
