The correct answer is B.

Orwell uses satire by making the pigs walk in two legs because it refers to haw the pigs had become everything the had spoken against. They had taken the farm from the cruel humans and slowly taken all of their vices, becoming even worse dictators than the farmer that took care of the animals before.
