The movie Despicable Me has three sequels. In the first movie Gru is a supervillain and adopts three little girls to help him carry out his plan, but in the end, when the girls are returned to the orphanage Gru finds himself missing their company. When he realizes that he messed up, he goes and gets them back. In the second movie, Gru ends his life of villainy to raise his three girls, instead of robbing banks he now catches the crooks who do so. Now he fights for good and meets Lucy, which he marries. In the third sequel the head of the anti-villain organization that lucy and Gru both work for retires and is replaced with someone much more strict and fire Gru and lucy right away. Gru finds out he has a twin brother and him and Gru return to villainy together so Gru can prove to his previous boss that she made a mistake. I personally like the third sequel the best although sequel movies aren't always the best. I like this the most because the three girls get the loving mother they have always wanted, and Gru gets to meet his twin brother which also made him happier. Although the conflict of the movie wasn't the best and was predictable the ending was still very good.

xenn [34]
Dyess’ account of the Bataan Death March was similar to Burgos’ and Beck’s accounts in the way they described the treatment of prisoners of war. The differences lie in their perspective of the Death March, and the timing of their interviews. Dyess was able to provide more detail as the events were more recent when he was interviewed. Their perspectives differ in that Dyess and Beck had the outsider’s point of view, while Burgos had the local’s point of view.

lisabon 2012 [21]
The answer that best supports my understanding of the denotative meaning of a word is the last option - the denotative meaning of a word involves the actual, dictionary definition of a word.
The other options refer to the connotative, and not denotative meaning of a word.
