Football players face serious risks.

The editorial cartoon NFL Head Injuries by Adam Zyglis shows an illustration of a football helmet. On the helmet is a label that says, "Surgeon General's Warning: Retire." This warning shows that playing football in the NFL has so many serious risks to a person's health that one should retire and not even take the risk. Since the cartoonist creates a Surgeon General warning, it is obvious he feels that there are serious risks associated with playing football.
